Room Rates 2024 - 2025
Standard Double $4,851.00
A standard double room is the most common and traditional rooming experience. Two residents share a sizable living space within a suite or corridor style residence hall. This is the majority of the housing on campus. There are a few standard (designed) triple rooms that would also be at this rate in some first year suite halls.
There is a cost difference between suite doubles and corridor doubles (2025-2026; anticipated $5108*).

Townhouse $5,480.00
Townhouse rooms are single spaces within an apartment style area. Currently this is only in Saratoga Terrace.
Deluxe Single Suite $6,400.00
Residents will be able to select our Deluxe Suite living space, which provides them a single room in a furnished suite. Each resident will receive a full size bed and have access to a priority parking lot section near to the residence hall (parking permit not included). Suites will include a microfridge and a smart TV. Currently this is only in Ontario Hall.
*Planned rates are subject to change until finalized.
**Liability: Once a residential space is occupied, the resident assigned to that space is liable for 50% of the housing cost.
***For planning purposes, we anticipate room rates rising approximately 3% each year.
