A new partnership with will facilitate early admission for �鶹��ý�Ŷ� students interested in dentistry, podiatry, or osteopathic medicine.

Students will be offered provisional acceptance to LECOM’s schools of dental, podiatric, or osteopathic medicine based on a successful interview within their first two years at �鶹��ý�Ŷ�. As long as the appropriate pre-med coursework has been completed, any �鶹��ý�Ŷ� BA or BS degree will be accepted. LECOM will also guarantee two (podiatry) and five (dentistry, osteopathic) spots for �鶹��ý�Ŷ� students in each year’s student cohort. 

“�鶹��ý�Ŷ� students have a long history of success in pursuing medical degrees,” says Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Mary C. Toale. “Our new partnership with LECOM provides a fantastic opportunity for our students to gain early admission into dentistry, podiatry, or osteopathic medicine degree programs.”

This partnership with LECOM allows �鶹��ý�Ŷ� students to become eligible for early acceptance into LECOM’s College of Medicine, leading to the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree (DO); the School of Podiatric Medicine, leading to the Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM); or the School of Dental Medicine, leading to the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD).
