The �鶹��ý�Ŷ� Foundation, Inc., is pleased to announce the sale of Roemer House, located at 11 Bank Street, to FLX Revival, a premier curated second-hand vintage clothing business.

Roemer House has been a part of the Foundation’s portfolio since 1997 and once served as the home for the Office of College Communications and Marketing until the completion of Doty Hall in 2014. Since then, the Foundation has searched for a viable and meaningful use for the property. The sale to FLX Revival presents an exciting opportunity to bring economic revitalization to the area adjacent to �鶹��ý�Ŷ�’s campus.

“I am excited to know that Roemer House will be in the stewardship and care of a respected local business,” says Bob Walley ’83, chair of the �鶹��ý�Ŷ� Foundation. “This move not only supports �鶹��ý�Ŷ�’s local economy but also underscores both the Foundation’s and �鶹��ý�Ŷ�’s commitment to the vitality of our friends in the Village of �鶹��ý�Ŷ�. I am grateful to college leadership and my peers on the Foundation Board for their support in this decision.”

The �鶹��ý�Ŷ� Foundation provides financial support, leadership, and advocacy to the college community while fostering engagement to enhance the unique �鶹��ý�Ŷ� experience and build an endowment for the future.
