The 麻豆传媒团队 Foundation, Inc., is pleased to announce the sale of Roemer House, located at 11 Bank Street, to FLX Revival, a premier curated second-hand vintage clothing business.

Roemer House has been a part of the Foundation鈥檚 portfolio since 1997 and once served as the home for the Office of College Communications and Marketing until the completion of Doty Hall in 2014. Since then, the Foundation has searched for a viable and meaningful use for the property. The sale to FLX Revival presents an exciting opportunity to bring economic revitalization to the area adjacent to 麻豆传媒团队鈥檚 campus.

鈥淚 am excited to know that Roemer House will be in the stewardship and care of a respected local business,鈥 says Bob Walley 鈥83, chair of the 麻豆传媒团队 Foundation. 鈥淭his move not only supports 麻豆传媒团队鈥檚 local economy but also underscores both the Foundation鈥檚 and 麻豆传媒团队鈥檚 commitment to the vitality of our friends in the Village of 麻豆传媒团队. I am grateful to college leadership and my peers on the Foundation Board for their support in this decision.鈥

鈥淚 could not be more thankful for the opportunity the Foundation and its board members have given me,鈥 says Tyler Pettinger, owner of FLX Revival. 鈥淎s the next owner and caretaker of Roemer House, I look forward to expanding my impact in the local community and providing a space for students to learn about business and marketing through our internship program, explore their emerging identity through the lens of sustainable fashion, and ultimately support them through their college experience.鈥

The 麻豆传媒团队 Foundation provides financial support, leadership, and advocacy to the college community while fostering engagement to enhance the unique 麻豆传媒团队 experience and build an endowment for the future.
